The Minister of Environment and Forestry has stipulated Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 4 of 2023 concerning Management of Social Forestry in Forest Areas with Special Management. And in the context of granting approval for Social Forestry in KHDPK, the Minister stipulates SK.114/MENLHK/PSKL/PSL.0/2/2023 concerning the Facilitation Team for Approval of Social Forestry in Forest Areas with Special Management in Kendal Regency and Blora Regency, Central Java Province.

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 4 of 2023 and SK. 185/MENLHK-PSKL/PKPS/PSL.0/03/2023, Social Forestry Partnership of Perhutani Forestry (KKP) was given to 13 KTH and/or Gapoktanhut that needed to be facilitated and validated. Based on the results of the facilitation and validation, 1 SK was issued for KTH Wono Mbah Do Makmur covering an area of 162 Ha for 127 KK. Facilitation and validation are still needed for 12 KTH and/or Gapoktanhut in Blora, Grobogan, Pati and Rembang Regencies covering an area of 4,556 Ha for 2,641 KK.
