According to him, this approach can be a strategic solution in improving the welfare of the community in Wonosobo Regency.

In his introduction, Tommy from JKPM explained that the FGD aims to obtain views, suggestions, and input from the government as the executive in order to identify and inventory strategic issues from environmental, social, and economic aspects regarding the potential for tourism and creative economy based on bamboo crafts in three villages in Sapuran District, namely Rimpak Village, Banyumudal, and Ngadikerso.

Tyo from JKPM in his presentation said that the development of tourism potential and creative economy based on bamboo crafts is based on three main objectives. First, contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Second, supporting efforts to reduce extreme poverty in the region. Third, revitalizing infrastructure and natural resource management to support the development of community-based agribusiness and tourism so that the notes from the FGD results can strengthen the existing assessment documents.

The Wonosobo Regency Government through various agencies that were present also provided input on opportunities and challenges in terms of regulation, management, infrastructure, and markets for tourism and creative economy based on bamboo crafts from the three villages. Through this FGD, it is hoped that concrete steps can be taken so that local people can gain greater economic benefits from existing local potential and environmental sustainability is maintained.
